We are moving through Fall and winter will be here in no time. Unlike the residents of Westeros, we won’t have any White Walkers to deal with, but we still have our fair share of winter nasties! We’re talking, of course, about the bugs, colds, and illnesses that seem to spread like wildfire in the winter, and we seem to be more susceptible with every passing year.

Well, make this year the year you say ‘No!’ Make this the year you make changes in your life that are going to prevent you from getting ill. Of course, sometimes it is unavoidable, but a lot of the time there are things that can help you fight against illness and keep yourself in peak physical condition – or as close to peak as possible. Here are some of the great ways you can go about achieving this.

The winter is the perfect time to indulge with hot and hearty food that is going to give you energy and keep you warm. Things like casseroles, stew, and dumplings are the ideal winter foods. You have to make sure you are eating plenty of this food so that you can keep yourself in check, and so that you can build up your strength and immunity in the right sort of way.
