Forget about what you learned in business school or what your parents taught you. You need to experiment, and you need to update yourself with modern trends. If you’re still posting recruiting advertisements in newspapers and typical online job searches, then you’re doing it wrong.

One of the most effective ways to find new employees is to outsource your work. If you need someone to help design a website or set up a computer network, then there’s no point waiting weeks or possibly months for a new employee to manage that. Outsource the work instead. Check online for companies that specialize in that type of work, hire them, and then get the job done.
