10 Ways to Get Lean Fast

Getting lean isn’t easy. It requires determination and focus. However, once you’re there, you’ll be so glad you put in the time and effort to do so! Use the following 10 tips to get lean fast:

Drink Lots of Water

You really need to drink a ton of water if you’re going to get lean fast. Just beware; there is such a thing as too much water! You don’t want to drink so much that you get ill. You need to have a minimum of 2 litres a day. 3 litres is a good number to aim for. If you’re working out really hard, you can probably afford to drink more. Just make sure you spread it out throughout the day too.

Monitor Your Macro Intake

Monitor the macronutrients you’re putting into your body. Usually, you’ll want around 50-60 grams of healthy fats, a pound of protein per bodyweight, and carbs will depend on your current build. Some have 100g of carbs to lean down, some need to cycle it depending on their training day.

Include Lots of Green Tea

Green tea is a great tool for helping to speed the metabolism up and burning fat faster. Include as many cups as you can muster in your diet to notice a big difference.

Buy Suitable Supplements

Pure garcinia cambogia is a great supplement for getting lean, and there are many others that can help too. Just make sure you look online for reviews before buying anything. Don’t buy anything that could be potentially dangerous either!

Up Your Cardio Activities

Cardio can be a big help when you want to burn fat and get lean. Include a mix of steady state cardio and HIIT cardio to really blast that fat. You can do this every day if you like, but listen to your body so you don’t exhaust yourself.

Lift Weights

Lifting weights helps the body to build muscle. The more muscle the body has, the more fat it burns even when it’s not doing anything. Lifting weights will not make you bulky if you’re a woman, so do your research!
