You should visit an OBGYN doctor as soon as you possibly can. You need to do the same with any issues with pregnancy. Some women don’t do this and instead decide to stay away from the doctors, either out of fright or because they genuinely think nothing is wrong. Of course this is the wrong thing to do. Examine yourself regularly and try to ensure you’re as healthy as you can possibly be. It can be daunting going to the doctors, but you can make a huge difference by catching things early on. Be Comfortable In Work

If you are not comfortable in work then you could be inviting nasty niggling issues to arise. These can include back and shoulder problems. Back problems are widely debilitating forcing your back to randomly spasm and seize. It can also stop you sleeping, which again puts more pressure on your health and quality of life. An answer to this could be getting a better office chair. Ask your boss for one. They would rather you feel better and work to a higher level than be unproductive with pain all day. If they refuse take it higher or just buy your own. The right chair with proper lumbar support means a happier day at work and a happier life in general. The same is of your desk. Make sure it is of the right height and such, anything that causes you discomfort needs to be changed as soon as possible.

Exercise

If you exercise you’ll be holding many different health issues at bay. It can help in all kinds of ways but the best is by making you feel good inside and keeping yourself in shape. The ultimate health lift comes from exercise. Running is a good way to start. It helps your legs and your heart and ensures you burn some of the excess fat, but do what you enjoy. Swimming, cycling, or even team sports which rarely feels like exercise at all. If you have friends try to get them involved too, it’s always easier with friends and you can motivate each other as you go. The benefits to exercise are huge, so start so and ease yourself into a routine that suits you.
